We've lived and worked in Kentucky our entire lives.  We understand the difficulties facing our fellow citizens of Kentucky, from the Coalfields of Appalachia, to the plains of western Kentucky.  Our practice is uniquely focused on providing trauma-focused care that is sensitive to strong desire for self-determination that is central to the Kentuckian spirit.

Our focus is on helping you heal and discovering your personal strength, utilizing a multi-modal approach that includes trauma-focused modatilies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
